What happens if I lose my recovery key?
Because an IronBalkans account has no email or personal identity attached, support cannot use identity checks to restore it. Store the recovery key offline and keep a second encrypted backup.
Can I change my account password?
Yes. Password changes are handled from the account security page after login. Changing the password does not replace your recovery key.
Can I run multiple VPS instances from one account?
Yes. One anonymous account can hold multiple VPS services, balances and invoices.

Which operating systems can I install?
Common Linux images include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux. Available images are shown before deployment.
Do I receive root access?
Yes. Every VPS plan includes full root access to your server.
Is a dedicated IPv4 address included?
Current VPS plans include one dedicated IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 allocation. Any future exceptions will be displayed clearly on the checkout summary.
Can I upgrade a VPS later?
CPU, memory and storage upgrades can be requested from the control panel. Some storage changes may require a short shutdown and cannot be reversed after expansion.
Are backups included?
A VPS is not a backup. Snapshot and managed backup options will be listed separately in the panel. You should always maintain an independent copy of important data.
Billing & lifecycle

When is a crypto payment considered confirmed?
The required number of network confirmations depends on the selected cryptocurrency. Checkout displays the live payment status and provisions the service after the threshold is reached.
How do renewals work?
Services renew from the crypto-funded account balance. The panel shows the next renewal date and required amount so you can fund the account in advance.
What happens when a service expires?
An unpaid service is suspended before deletion. The exact retention window is shown in the panel and terms. Do not rely on the grace period as a backup strategy.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Refund eligibility depends on service delivery, usage and the refund terms presented during checkout.

What DDoS protection is included?
Network-level filtering is included with every plan. Protection reduces common volumetric attacks, but no provider can guarantee mitigation of every attack type or size.
Do you allow bulk email or spam operations?
No. Unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, credential theft and activity that damages network reputation are prohibited.
How are abuse reports reviewed?
Reports are reviewed against Romanian and EU law and the acceptable-use policy. A report does not automatically prove a violation, and action depends on the evidence and applicable jurisdiction.
